Thrive Early Learning Centres – Mount Druitt was established in 1991 and holds an extremely strong reputation in the local community, providing quality care and education.
The long-standing and passionate team of Educators and Teachers pride themselves on welcoming families into the Centre. Through interactions, observations and reflections, our team prepares children for their journey into school years.
We endeavor to create a positive experience for children that is both educationally rewarding and joyous. Families and children attending our Centre are nurtured to feel safe, confident and valued.
All Thrive Early Learning Centres provide extra-curricular programs, such as language lessons and sports programs via our partners at GrowFit. Thrive ELC – Mount Druitt is committed to provide a nurturing environment for your child.
We accommodate all families, we’re open from 7:00am – 6:00pm and our fees are all inclusive of meals, nappies and wipes. We’ve got plenty of indoor and outdoor space to meet the needs of your children, so why not book a tour and see for yourself!

We've been really happy with our experience. The educators have been amazing and genuinely care about the children. Our child has settled in really well and is always happy at pick-up. Communication has been clear and consistent, which gives us peace of mind. We would happily recommend this centre to anyone looking for care.

My child has been attending mount druitt for the last 6 months. The care provided by the educators has been amazing. Toni, Mel, Georgia, Tenea, Ella and Jaz have been so welcoming caring and providing support to my family! Honestly cant thank you enough!

The staff are all incredibly friendly and supportive. It’s obvious that for the educators it’s not just a job, they really do care for the kids and this is their passion.My baby loves the educators and her time here. I feel reassured and safe to leave my baby in their care.

Honestly i can't recommend this daycare enough! As a parent we get weary putting our kids into the care of others and thats understandable but the educators and directors have made the transition such an amazing experience for our little one, she started off in the nursery and has now moved up a room and couldnt fault the educators in both rooms. I've seen how much my daughter thrives in the environment and how much she's developed with her socialisation and speech being around other little ones her age. The love, care and attention they provide for the little ones goes above and beyond!I've gone to other daycares to get a tour and nothing compares to Thrive Mt Druitt. Always reccomend this place to all mothers I come across that are thinking of putting their little ones into school.The communication from the educators and directors is fantastic and the attention to detail regarding the little ones is amazing. Again, couldn't reccomend this place enough to parents that want to enroll their little ones into daycare/preschool!To the parents and carers that may be weary about certain things or situations, please speak up to the staff like I have and they will communicate with you regarding the sitution and will try their hardest to figure out how to work with certain issues your children may face.Thank you to the Thrive Team for all your amazing and hard work!

From the very beginning of our time at thrive I have found all the staff to be so thoughtful, loving and caring of my child. The teachers in the nursery provide clear communication regarding my children and always update me should anything happen throughout the day. I have recently enrolled my 3 month old and cannot fault the management Toni has made the process so easy and always happy to answer any questions and very understanding when it came time to enrol. It’s hard enough leaving your kids in others care but so much easier when the Center are so supportive like the staff at thrive in Mt Druitt

Thrive Early Learning Centre is a great centre where all children are included and cared for.I have friends and family who attend the centre, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. The children love going to school, they love their teachers and their friends. They always talk about the fun activities they do every day. The centre always run fun inclusive events for the children , families and community.

My twins started going here not long after it first opened. Meeting the team at the time and hearing about the growth and future of the centre was great. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful and it was great to walk in and feel exceptionally comfortable. Ben and Tori were amazing, Miss Mel, it was very nice to know my twins were in great care and were excited to go each day. This centre helped my twins learn how to be separate from each other and venture into their own friend groups. And the centre is one of the best set out centres I've ever been too.

An absolute amazing centre my son loves it there and my daughter will be starting 2025, the stuff are fantastic. I've never had a problem, my son also loves the food they prepare 😋

The staff are lovely and polite they are understanding with Shelby and her separation anxiety she can have her moments as first time in centre care away from me. She is going well and has improved since being there and am excited for my grandson to attend as well
